Our summer menu has arrived

Summer has properly arrived in Hitchin, and the menu has changed with it.

New this season

Cold brew and iced loose leaf teas join the board until September. The peach and hibiscus iced tea is the one we are most proud of; it took eleven attempts to get right.

The quiche rotation moves to lighter territory: asparagus and goat’s cheese to start, with a tomato and basil number arriving once the good tomatoes do.

The traybake is back

Regulars will know what this means. The strawberry and custard traybake returns from this weekend, made with fruit from a farm outside Stevenage. It sold out by 2pm most days last year, so come early.
