Afternoon tea for forty
Sandwiches, scones and a dozen bakes for a charity afternoon in a community hall.
A local charity asked us to cater their autumn fundraiser. We sent forty places’ worth of finger sandwiches, fruit scones with clotted cream, and a table of bakes including the lemon drizzle everyone asks for.
Tom ran the tea urns on the day, and we donated the leftover cakes to the volunteers.
